1) Information we receive from consumers and/or customers on applications or other forms;
2) Information about consumers and/or customers transactions with us or others; and
3) Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
Mutual does not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our consumers, customers or former consumers and/or customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We restrict access to nonpublic information about consumers and/or customers to those employees who need to know that information to provide and/or service them. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard nonpublic, personal information.

Please be advised that there is a newly evolving form on internet fraud known as "phishing." This form of fraud involves the sending of e-mail messages to addresses in an attempt to request confidential information. The e-mail is typically disguised to look life a legitimate request from a source where you may have an existing business relationship.
Mutual Savings and Loan Association does not solicit confidential or sensitive information from its consumers and/or customers via e-mail or through its website. If you receive an e-mail request to provide confidential or sensitive information from a source claiming to be Mutual Savings, do not respond to the request.
